Based in Somerset, Flo grew up in a sporty family, where she developed a passion for horses while her brother, Formula 1 driver Lando Norris, pursued his career in motorsport.

From a young age, Flo distinguished herself as a talented equestrian, representing Great Britain at the 4* level. She dedicated five years to training under Olympic showjumper Ben Maher, honing her skills in the sport.

Today, she focuses on producing young horses and coaching aspiring riders. Throughout her career, Flo has worked with: newborn foals, young horses and top showjumpers.

In addition to her equestrian pursuits, Flo has modeled for prominent brands such as Woof Wear and Charles Owen. With her energetic, versatile, and professional demeanor, she brings a wealth of elite sporting experience and a strong presence to every project.
